This Faturan Arabic prayer beads comes in reddish colored stones and is composed of 33 drum shaped beads. The bead size measures 10 x 13 mm, 40 cm in length, and weighs 30 grams. The Shaheed is made of Faturan stone while the karkousha is the same.

Faturan, in Middle Eastern beadwork, is a material used to make beads, notably in the making of komboloi and misbaha.
